TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.All information relating to this assignment shall be treated as completely private and confidential between Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd. and intrested Client Company, thus the breaching of any information from either party will not be entertained at any cost.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The payment made to Rensoft Technosys Pvt Ltd covers the website development cost Consulting Work provided by our team. Rensoft Technosys Pvt Ltd always valuate whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. Refund may not be possible once our team has started the development work. Payment refund is not guaranteed by Rensoft Technosys Pvt Ltd, but is possible based on execution department’s judgment. If deposit has been paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment. If your project has been canceled by us due to any breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3.The duration for completion of the project commonly is estimated to be in accordance with the time provided by the Client company and also with the appropriate timeline of the Rensoft Tchnosys Pvt. Ltd. or more depends on the quantity and the obvious importance and priority of the project. The developing company shall not liable for any claims against delays in projects that are not within control or are due to delayed actions of other parties. If there is any delay caused by Client Company side, Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd. have the rights to terminate the job and all pre made contract and any kind of fees occurs shall be bear by the Client company.

4.In the event of non-payment of any services, Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to re-sell the Domain, Layout & all other related material to any third party or use itself, including the Domain/ Content / Structure/ Layout and all other related material without any intimation & no further correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

5.The project related Changes should be told earlier and NOT at the end of the projects where all the logics have been developed based on early provided agreements or samples. Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd. will only works based on the agreement on the early stage of the projects. Any changes after completion of the overall projects are considered case-by-case basis or even considered as new projects.

6.The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India . The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

All the above Terms and Conditions are not Final and Absolute, means ammendments and rectifications can be taken place on the will and conditions as per the requirements of Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd. in the future without prior notice. However, all these terms and conditions are true and must be followed at this instance of time.
